Harpenden United Reformed Church is a welcoming family friendly fellowship in Harpenden town centre.

We hold a Sunday Service every week at 10.30am, with many family and community activities midweek.

 Our minister Martyn Neads, Worship Team and visiting preachers take turns leading and participating in the service.  

Our worship style is both traditional and modern, with a state-of-the-art presentation system allowing flexibility and creativity. We are fortunate to also have a small choir directed by our excellent organist.

 Join us for a coffee and chat after the service. We are a family friendly Church and have  plenty to keep even the youngest members of the family happy and active. 

Throughout the year we host special events suitable for the whole family including pet services, a Harvest festival, Easter and Nativity services, and a carol concert. In addition to this we hold a monthly Holy Communion and evening services which can be reflective, creative or participatory, as planned by a worship group.

Opportunities for spiritual development and growth as well as social events are regularly organised for the church fellowship and in conjunction with our URC Heartland group partner churches in St Albans, WGC, Luton and Dunstable.

We are members of the Local Churches Together, we are a Fair Trade church, an Eco Church and support various mission and outreach activities and charities - YWAM, Commitment for Life, the local food bank, Keech Hospice Care, Send a Cow, etc.
